What Mazdoor is

Mazdoor is a matching portal: it shows workers nearby work and shows employers workers who fit. Mazdoor is not the employer, not a contractor and not a payment service. The work agreement, the wage and the working conditions are between the worker and the employer.

Money

Workers never pay Mazdoor anything. Mazdoor never holds, collects or pays wages and takes no commission from them. Employers pay Mazdoor for plans (contact unlocks, headcount) and full-time hire fees. Anyone asking a worker for money in Mazdoor's name is not us: please report it to [email protected].

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Use your own mobile number. A Mitra may sign a worker up only after reading the consent notice aloud and hearing the worker's own yes.

Honest information, respectful behaviour

Give true information about yourself, your skills or your business. Treat each other with respect in chat and at work. No fake jobs, no fake profiles, no harassment, no asking workers for fees. We may hide or remove accounts that break these rules.

Reliability record (strikes and ratings)

Not showing up, leaving a gig midway, or cancelling less than 24 hours before the start can add a strike to a worker's record. Workers can dispute a strike, and employers who don't pay on time or turn workers away are reported too. A person reviews every dispute.

Limits of responsibility

We check what we can, but we cannot guarantee every employer, worker or job. Meet in safe places, check the work before you start, and tell us about any problem. Mazdoor is not responsible for wages, injuries or disputes between workers and employers, except where the law says otherwise.

Your data

See the privacy policy. You can delete your data at any time: in the app, through your Mitra, or at /delete-account.
