मज़दूर (Mazdoor) कारीगरों, हेल्परों और मज़दूरों को पास के काम से जोड़ने वाली मुफ़्त सेवा है। आपकी जानकारी आपकी है। हम उसे सिर्फ़ आपको काम दिलाने के लिए रखते हैं, और आप जब चाहें मिटा सकते हैं।Mazdoor is a free service that connects skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers with nearby work. Your information is yours. We keep it only to match you with work, and you can delete it whenever you want.

हम क्या जानकारी रखते हैं

नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, उम्र, शहर या इलाक़ा।
आपका काम, हुनर, कितने साल का अनुभव और रोज़ की मज़दूरी जो आप चाहते हैं।
जो आप बोलकर बताते हैं: आपकी आवाज़ आपके फ़ोन पर ही लिखाई में बदलती है, हमें सिर्फ़ लिखा हुआ मिलता है, रिकॉर्डिंग नहीं। अगर आप बायोडाटा (फ़ोटो, PDF या Word फ़ाइल) भेजते हैं तो वह फ़ाइल हम रखते हैं।
जिन मालिकों के काम पर आपने हाँ कहा, उनसे आपकी बातें (चैट), और आपके काम का रिकॉर्ड (पहुँचे, पूरा किया, रेटिंग)।
मालिकों (बिज़नेस) से: बिज़नेस का नाम, शहर, किस तरह का काम, GSTIN (अगर दें) और लॉगिन नंबर। मित्र से: नाम, शहर और नंबर।

What we collect

Name, mobile number, age, city or area.
Your trade, skills, years of experience and expected daily wage.
What you tell us by voice: speech is turned into text on your phone; we receive only the text, never the recording. If you choose a voice note or upload a biodata (photo, PDF or Word file), we keep that file.
Chat messages with employers you said yes to, and your gig record (joined, completed, ratings).
For businesses: business name, city, type, optional GSTIN and the login number. For Mitras: name, city and number.

क्यों रखते हैं

सिर्फ़ इसलिए कि आपको आपके हुनर का काम मिले, आपकी हाँ के बाद आप और मालिक बात कर सकें, और सेवा सुरक्षित रहे (जैसे नकली प्रोफ़ाइल रोकना)। हम आपकी जानकारी बेचते नहीं, और आपको विज्ञापन नहीं दिखाते।

Why

Only to match you with employers who need your skills, to let you and the employer talk once you say yes, and to keep the platform safe (for example, stopping fake profiles). We do not sell your data and we do not show you ads.

कौन देखता है

जिन मालिकों के काम से आपका मिलान होता है, वे आपका काम, हुनर, अनुभव, इलाक़ा और छोटा नाम (जैसे "सलमा K.") देखते हैं। आपका पूरा नाम और नंबर किसी मालिक को तभी मिलता है जब आप उसके काम पर हाँ कहते हैं।
आपका मित्र (अगर मित्र ने आपको जोड़ा) आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल और काम की स्थिति देखता है, ताकि आपकी मदद कर सके।
मज़दूर की छोटी टीम, सिर्फ़ आपकी मदद के लिए या गड़बड़ी रोकने के लिए।
जो कंपनियाँ हमारे सर्वर चलाती हैं या हमारे लिए संदेश भेजती हैं, सिर्फ़ उसी काम के लिए। क़ानून माँगे तो उतना ही जितना क़ानून कहे।

Who sees it

Employers you are matched to see your trade, skills, experience, area and a short name (like "Salma K."). Your full name and number go to an employer only after you say yes to that employer's job.
Your Mitra (if a Mitra signed you up) sees your profile and gig status so they can help you.
A small Mazdoor team, only to help you or to stop misuse.
Service providers who run our servers and send messages for us, only to do that job. If the law requires it, we share what the law asks.

पैसा: हम आपकी मज़दूरी को हाथ नहीं लगाते

मज़दूर कामगारों से कभी पैसा नहीं लेता, आपकी मज़दूरी न रखता है न देता है, और उसमें से कुछ नहीं काटता। मज़दूरी आपके और मालिक के बीच है। सेवा का पैसा मालिक मज़दूर को देते हैं; कामगार कभी नहीं।

Money: we never touch your wages

Mazdoor never takes money from workers, never holds or pays wages, and never takes a cut. Your wage is between you and the employer. Employers pay Mazdoor for the service; workers never pay.

कितने समय तक रखते हैं

जब तक आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल चालू है। डेटा मिटाने पर आपका नाम, नंबर, बायोडाटा फ़ाइल और आपकी बातें उसी समय मिट जाती हैं।
पुराने काम का हिसाब (तारीख़, रेटिंग) बिना नाम के रहता है, ताकि मालिकों का रिकॉर्ड सही रहे। आपका नंबर सिर्फ़ एक बदले हुए कोड के रूप में "संपर्क न करें" सूची में रहता है, ताकि हम आपको फिर कभी संदेश न भेजें।
लॉगिन कोड 10 मिनट में ख़त्म हो जाता है; लॉगिन 180 दिन बाद।
पुरानी सूची के जिन लोगों ने 30 दिन में जवाब नहीं दिया, उनकी जानकारी मिटा दी जाती है।

How long we keep it

While your profile is active. If you delete your data, your name, number, biodata file and your chat messages are erased straight away.
Past gig records (dates, ratings) stay without your name, so employers' records stay correct. Your number is kept only as a one-way code on our do-not-contact list, so we never message you again.
Login codes expire in 10 minutes; logins expire after 180 days.
People from an old list who don't answer our consent message within 30 days are erased.

डेटा कैसे मिटाएँ

ऐप में: मेरा रिकॉर्ड → मेरा डेटा मिटाएँ (दो बार दबाइए)। या अपने मित्र से कहिए। या वेब फ़ॉर्म /delete-account पर अपना नंबर और कोड डालिए। या [email protected] पर लिखिए।

आपके अधिकार (DPDP क़ानून 2023)

जानना कि हमारे पास आपकी क्या जानकारी है और उसका क्या इस्तेमाल होता है।
उसे ठीक करवाना या बदलना (ऐप में नाम, शहर, मज़दूरी ख़ुद बदलिए, या हमसे कहिए)।
कभी भी अपनी हाँ वापस लेना और जानकारी मिटवाना; यह उतना ही आसान है जितना हाँ कहना।
किसी भरोसे के व्यक्ति को नामित करना जो आपकी जगह यह कर सके।
हमसे शिकायत करना, और हल न हो तो भारत के डेटा प्रोटेक्शन बोर्ड से।

Your rights (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

Know what data we hold about you and how it is used.
Correct or update it (edit your name, city and wage in the app, or ask us).
Withdraw consent and have your data erased at any time; it is as easy as giving consent.
Nominate someone to act for you if you cannot.
Raise a grievance with us, and if not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

उम्र: सिर्फ़ 18 साल या उससे ज़्यादा

मज़दूर सिर्फ़ 18 साल या उससे ज़्यादा उम्र के लोगों के लिए है। इससे कम उम्र के किसी की जानकारी हम जानबूझकर नहीं रखते; पता चलने पर मिटा देते हैं।

Age: 18 or older only

Mazdoor is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly keep data of anyone younger; if we learn of it, we erase it.

सुरक्षा

जानकारी एन्क्रिप्ट होकर (HTTPS) आती-जाती है। लॉगिन कोड और लॉगिन चाबियाँ सिर्फ़ बदले हुए कोड के रूप में रखी जाती हैं। एडमिन टूल टीम के कुछ ही लोग खोल सकते हैं।

Security

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Login codes and session keys are stored only as one-way codes. Only a few team members can open the admin tools.

शिकायत अधिकारी (Grievance)

[email protected] पर लिखिए। हम 7 दिन में जवाब देंगे और 30 दिन में हल करेंगे। यह नीति बदली तो पहले ऐप में बताएँगे।
