1. ऐप में (सबसे आसान)
मज़दूर ऐप खोलिए → नीचे मेरा रिकॉर्ड → मेरा डेटा मिटाएँ → दो बार पक्का कीजिए। उसी समय मिट जाता है।
1. In the app (easiest)
Open Mazdoor → My record tab → Delete my data → confirm twice. It happens straight away.
2. अपने मित्र से
अगर मित्र ने आपको जोड़ा था तो उन्हें बताइए। वे आपको सूचना पढ़कर सुनाएँगे और आपकी हाँ के बाद डेटा मिटा देंगे।
2. Through your Mitra
If a Mitra signed you up, tell them. They will read the notice to you and delete your data once you say yes.
3. यहीं, इस फ़ॉर्म से
अपना नंबर डालिए, फिर उस पर आया 6 अंकों का कोड। उस नंबर की हर मज़दूर प्रोफ़ाइल (कामगार, मित्र, बिज़नेस लॉगिन) मिट जाएगी।
3. Right here, with this form
Enter your number, then the 6-digit code we send to it. Every Mazdoor profile on that number (worker, Mitra, business login) is erased.
क्या मिटता है, क्या रहता है
- मिटता है: नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, उम्र, शहर, आपके बताए हुनर, बायोडाटा फ़ाइल, आपकी चैट की बातें, लॉगिन।
- बिना नाम के रहता है: पुराने काम की तारीख़ें और रेटिंग (ताकि मालिकों का हिसाब सही रहे), और "संपर्क न करें" सूची में आपके नंबर का बदला हुआ कोड।
- बिज़नेस: लॉगिन नंबर और ईमेल हट जाते हैं; बिज़नेस का नाम और पुराने बिल क़ानून के हिसाब से रहते हैं।
What is erased, what stays
- Erased: name, mobile number, age, city, skills you described, biodata file, your chat messages, logins.
- Stays, without your name: past gig dates and ratings (so employers' records stay correct), and a one-way code of your number on our do-not-contact list.
- Businesses: the login number and email are removed; the business name and past invoices stay as the law requires.
4. ईमेल से
[email protected] पर अपना नंबर लिखकर भेजिए। हम पक्का करेंगे कि यह आप ही हैं और 7 दिन में मिटा देंगे।

Write to [email protected] from anywhere, with your number. We will confirm it is you and delete within 7 days.
